01.Full Instructor Certification
The Pilates for Life Ohio Instructor Certification is designed to help individuals become confident Pilates instructors capable of teaching private sessions and small group classes. The program includes hands-on training with the Mat, Reformer, and Tower, along with guided practice and mentorship. Led by Katie Geis, PTA, the training blends Pilates instruction with 15 years of orthopedic rehabilitation experience, providing a strong foundation in movement, alignment, and injury prevention.
02.Clinical Pilates Training for Rehab Professionals
This training is designed for Physical Therapists, PT Assistants, Athletic Trainers, Chiropractors, and other rehab professionals who want to incorporate Pilates-based movement into rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance. Led by Katie Geis, PTA, the program blends 15 years of orthopedic rehab experience with Pilates training to support clinical application. This course does not certify participants to teach Pilates classes in a studio setting.
03.Bridge to Instructor Certification
Rehab professionals who complete the Clinical Pilates Training and later decide they would like to pursue full instructor certification may continue their training through Pilates for Life Ohio.
