Why Our Program is Different
I created this training program in 2020. At the time, no one was traveling to get certified, and many large certification organizations weren’t accepting trainees from afar. I needed instructors for Pilates for Life — so I built the program myself.
What started out of necessity became something much bigger.
Since then, the program has been refined, tested, and expanded inside a real, working studio. Now I’m ready to take it a step further by building an online platform that’s easier to navigate while still keeping the depth and mentorship that matter.
I was STOTT Pilates Rehab trained and am currently the only instructor in Ohio who fully tested and continues to maintain that rehab certification.
Many instructors complete coursework through large organizations like STOTT, Balanced Body, BASI, Fletcher, or Polestar. These programs provide strong foundations. But full testing and maintaining rehab credentials requires extensive practical hours, exams, and yearly continuing education. It’s a commitment — and one I believe makes a difference.
Inside the private student website, instructors will have access to videos and real-life case examples showing how Pilates has helped specific conditions and situations — and how you can take that knowledge and apply it to the clients in front of you.
You won’t just memorize exercises.
You’ll learn how to see the person in front of you — and know what to do.
That’s the difference.
